privacy policy

this policy explains what yapcircuit (yapcircuit.com) collects, how it's used, and what control you have over it. yapcircuit is part of the manymoats family of products and this policy is written to be honest and clear about what we collect and why.

1. what we collect

• account information : your email address, login credentials, and profile details you provide when you create an account.
• usage & telemetry : activity data such as flows built, triggers fired, and feature usage, so we can operate and improve the product.
• payment information : handled entirely by Stripe. we never see or store your card number; we receive only what's needed to manage your subscription (plan, status, billing history).
• connected messaging channels : when you connect Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, SMS, or another channel, we handle the authorization tokens and metadata needed to run your automations on that channel.
• message content : yapcircuit is a messaging automation product, so by design it processes the content of inbound and outbound messages in order to run your automated flows and generate AI-assisted replies. we handle this content only to operate the feature you've configured, and it is not used to build advertising profiles.

2. how we use it

we use collected data to run the service, execute your conversation flows as configured, provide support, improve features, and communicate important account or billing notices. we do not sell your data.

3. message handling & security, stated honestly

message content passes through yapcircuit's systems and, where you've enabled AI-assisted replies, through the AI provider processing that request, in order to do the job you've asked it to do. we apply reasonable technical safeguards to data in transit and at rest, but we do not claim a specific encryption standard or certification we have not independently verified, if that matters for your use case, please ask us directly at support@manymoats.com before relying on it.

4. cookies & local storage

yapcircuit uses cookies and browser local storage for functionality, keeping you signed in, remembering preferences, and basic session handling. some things, like your preferences and session, stay in your browser; the data we do collect to run and improve the product is listed above, and we're upfront about all of it.

5. sharing

we share data only with the service providers needed to run yapcircuit (hosting, payment processing, the AI provider handling a reply you triggered, and the messaging platforms you explicitly connect), and only to the extent needed for them to perform that function. we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. your rights

you can export or erase from Account → Your data when signed in, or ask us by emailing support@manymoats.com. we'll respond and handle the request directly.

7. data retention

we keep account, flow, and message-handling data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to handle disputes, comply with legal obligations, or as described in our refund & cancellation policy. you can request earlier deletion at any time.

8. children

yapcircuit is not directed to children and is intended for business and professional use by adults; we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Product usage counting (Loop)

We load a small first-party script on this site that records basic product-usage events (which surface you used, which action, and when, plus a random device identifier in your browser storage). Events are sent to our servers and may be associated with your account if you are signed in. They do not include document text, prompts, or clipboard contents. Sync is on by default; if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we treat counting as off unless you later choose otherwise. We do not use third-party advertising analytics (no gtag / pixels).

Service providers (subprocessors)

We share data only with providers needed to run the services, under agreements that limit their use of it:

• Stripe : payment processing (we never see full card numbers).
• Supabase : authentication and data storage.
• Google Cloud / Firebase : hosting and backend infrastructure.
• OpenRouter / model hosts : AI features you explicitly request.
• fal.ai : image/video generation you explicitly request.
• Resend : transactional email when the product sends mail.

Access, export, and delete

When signed in, use Account → Your data to export a JSON package or request account erase. Erase is honest about partial stages (billing receipts may be retained for legal duty; biometric weights are purged when that path is fully wired). You can also email privacy@manymoats.com or support@manymoats.com.

9. changes to this policy

we may update this policy from time to time. material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
