these terms govern your use of yapcircuit (yapcircuit.com), a DM and comment automation and chat-flow builder. yapcircuit is part of the manymoats family of products. by creating an account or using yapcircuit, you agree to these terms.

1. what yapcircuit is

yapcircuit is a software tool for building automated conversation flows across messaging channels. it is a software product, not a professional service, and does not provide legal, financial, or other professional advice.

2. your account

you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a plan. yapcircuit does not currently offer a trial tier — see section 4.

3. acceptable use

• don't use yapcircuit for unsolicited mass messaging, spam, or cold outreach that violates the messaging platform's own terms.
• you are responsible for complying with the policies of any platform (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.) you connect.
• don't use the service for anything illegal, or to harm, harass, defraud, or infringe others.
• don't attempt to breach security or access accounts that aren't yours.

4. billing & cancellation

yapcircuit has no trial tier; instead every paid plan is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee. paid plans (Starter, Pro) bill monthly — we never charge a lump annual fee; where an annual rate is offered, it locks a lower monthly price that is still billed each month. AI features are included at every paid tier; WhatsApp/SMS and heavy AI usage are billed as metered credits, shown before you commit. if we ever run a limited one-time-purchase offer, its terms will be stated on the offer itself. cancel anytime in one click; see our refund & cancellation policy.

5. connected third-party channels

yapcircuit connects to third-party messaging platforms you authorize. we are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of those platforms, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

6. AI features & no professional advice

AI-generated replies and flows are assistance, not guarantees of accuracy. you are responsible for reviewing what your flows send on your behalf. nothing produced by the service is legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

7. your content

you own the flows, scripts, and data you create. we don't claim ownership of your work. we respect intellectual property and honor valid DMCA takedown requests.

8. availability & disclaimers

yapcircuit is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. changes & termination

we may update these terms; material changes are posted here with a new "last updated" date. you may stop using yapcircuit and cancel at any time. we may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.

10. governing law

these terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
